369. John D. Jackson Be it remembered that the following Bill of Paid Ex.d from 80 Sale was recorded on the 8.th day of November Richard Bowley 1851, To wit: Know all men by these presents that I, Richard Bowley of Dorchester County in the State of Maryland, for and in consideration of the sum of Twenty three dollars, current money, to me in hand paid by John D. Jackson, of Dorchester County in the said State, at & before the sealing & delivering of these presents, the receipt whereof I, the said Richard Bowley, do hereby Acknowledge, have granted, bargained & sold, and by these presents do grant, bargain and sell, unto the said John D. Jackson, his heirs, Executors Administrators and Assigns, the following property, To wit: Two Hogs, six hundred head of Cabbage, and Three Beds, Bedsteads and furniture and all the balance of his Household & Kitchen furniture of every kind whatsoever, all & singular which said property are now remaining in the House and on the lot situated on Pine Street in the Town of Cambridge, now in the occupation of Richard Bowley To have and to hold all & singular the said Household ^property and^ furniture and other premises above bargained & sold, or mentioned & intended so to be, to the said John D. Jackson, his heirs, Executors, administrators or Assigns forever: And I, the said Richard Bowley, for myself, my heirs, Executors & Administrators & Assigns, against me the said furniture and all other the premises, unto the said John D. Jackson his Executors, Administrators & Assigns, against me the said Richard Bowley, my Executors and Administrators & Assigns against all and every other person or persons whatever, shall & will warrant and forever defend by these presents, of all & singular which said property & furniture & other the premises, I the said Richard Bowley have put the said John D. Jackson in full possession by delivering to him, the said John D. Jackson, one Table Spoon at the sealing and delivering of these presents in the name of the whole premises hereby bargained & sold, or mentioned and intended to be so, unto him the said John D. Jackson aforesaid. In witness whereof I have hereto set my hand & seal this sixth day of November Eighteen hundred & fifty one. Signed & sealed in presence of James Rea Richard Bowley (Seal) State of Maryland, Dorchester County ss. Be it remembered and it is hereby Certified that this sixth day of November in the year of Our Lord one thousand eight hundred and fifty one, before the subscriber, one of the Justices of the Peace of the State of Maryland in and for the County aforesaid, personally appears Richard Bowley, he being known to me to be the person who is named & described as, and professing to be a 1851 Nov 25 Bill of Sale deld to John D.
