353. guarenty, warrant and forever defend And the said James Clark J.r and John Clark, covenant, promise and agree that they their Executors or Administrators will and shall, well & truly pay or cause to be paid cents the said Martin L. Wright, his heirs, Executors, Administrators and Assigns, one or before the first day of January one thousand eight hundred & fifty two, together with the legal annual interest arising thereon, the said sum of Three hundred and eighty eight dollars and thirty seven cents as herein agreed and promised. In Witness whereof we have hereunto subscribed our names and our seals affixed this day and year first herein written, July the third 1851. The words "ten Barrels Corn" were interlined before execution. Witness Charles Corkran his James x Clark J.r (seal) mark his John x Clark (seal) mark State of Maryland, Dorchester County, To wit: Be it remembered and it is hereby Certified that on this third day of July one thousand eight hundred and fifty one, before me the subscriber a Justice of the Peace in and for Dorchester County and state of Maryland, personally appears James Clark J.r and John Clark before me a Justice of the Peace for Dorchester County State of Maryland, they being personally known to me as the parties who are named and described as, and professing to be the parties to the foregoing Indenture or deed of Mortgage and do acknowledge the same to be their Act and deed And at the same time personally appears Martin L. Wright, he being Known to me as the person or party grantee within named in this Indenture or instrument of writing, before the subscriber, a Justice of the Peace as aforesaid, and makes Oath on the Holy Evangely of Almighty God that the consideration set forth in the foregoing Indenture and deed of Mortgage is true and bona fide as therein set forth, agreeably to the Act of Assembly in such cases made and provided. In testimony whereof I have hereunto subscribed my name on the day and year aforesaid. Sworn before me and certified by Charles Corkran. Sarah Jones Be it remembered that the following Bill Ex.d from 80 of Sale was recorded on the 1.st day of W.m J. Jones Ex.r August, Anno Domini 1851, To wit: This Indenture made this nineteenth day of July in the year of Our Lord one thousand eight hundred and fifty one, between William J.
