352. the crop of Corn now growing, also ten Barrels Corn on the Farm where the said James Clark J.r and John Clark now live, on which farm is now in the possession of the said James Clark J.r and John Clark All the stock & property herein named and described valued at fifty dollars To have and to hold all & singular the Cattle, Sheep, Horses, Hogs, Oxen, Ox Carts, Crops of grain, such as wheat & Corn, herein before granted, bargained & sold, or mentioned or intended so to be, unto the said Martin L. Wright, his Executors, Administrators & Assigns, to the only proper use and behoof of the said Martin L. Wright, his Executors, Administrators and Assigns forever: Provided Always, and these presents are upon this Condition, that if the above named James Clark J.r & John Clark, or either of their Executors or administrators shall and so well & truly pay, or cause to be paid unto the said Martin L. Wright, his heirs Executors, Administrators and Assigns, the full sum of Three hundred & eighty eight dollars and thirty seven cents, current money, with legal interest for the same, on or before the first day of January one thousand eight hundred & fifty two, which sum of money is due and owing to the said Martin L. Wright, first on a Note of hand dated September 14.th in the year Eighteen hundred & forty eight, a balance this day of two dollars and sixty five cents, second on a Lease a balance of thirty two dollars and thirty three cents, dated September the nineteenth day one thousand eight hundred & forty eight for Black Water Farm, third a balance due on a Lease for Black Water Farm dated January the seventh one thousand eight hundred & fifty with James A. Stewart as security for the sum of one hundred and twenty six dollars and fifty nine cents, on the third of July Eighteen hundred and fifty one Fourth on a note of hand against James Clark J.r, James Clark Sen.r and Durham Clark, security, dated March the 10.th Eighteen hundred and forty nine, for Fifty six dollars and seventy cents due this day Fifth on a Lease dated the seventh day of June one thousand eight hundred and fifty one, signed by James Clark J.r and John Clark, for the same Farm the sum of one hundred & seventy dollars, then and in such case these presents and every matter and thing herein contained shall cease, determine and be utterly void to all intents and purposes And the said James Clark, J.r and John Clark, for themselves, their Executors & Administrators, all and singular the goods, chattels, Cattle, Horses, Oxen, Sheep, Hogs, Cents and Crops and things hereby sold, granted & pledged, will |
