the goods household stuff ^implements^ and furniture, particularly mentioned, expressed and
contained in the schedule hereunto annexed, (or thus hereinafter particularly
mentioned, that is to say, one Milch Cow, Two yearlings, four head of Hogs,
one Horse Cart, four Beds, Steads & furniture, six stool chairs,
one old d.o, two flag bottom chairs, one Rocking Chair, three Tables,
one Mantle Clock, four Pictures, two looking Glasses, three chests, 3 Trunks,
one Linnen Loom, one set of gears, one slag, one rocking Cradle, six
Barrels, six old d.o, one Iron Pot, one Ball Cittle, one duck oven, one Tea
Kettle, one frying Pan, one Spider, one set hand irons, one pair Shovel & tongs,
one pot rack, two weed hoes, one grub hoe, one bill hook, one set of Table
knives & forks, one lot of dining plates, and all the balance of my Queens ware,
Spoons and all other of my personal property; all and singular which said
goods & chattels are now remaining, standing & being in a certain Messuage
or tenement situate in Dorchester County and now in the occupation of the
said Benj.a M.cWilliams.  To have and to hold all and singular the said
goods, household stuff and furniture, and other the premises above bargained
and sold, or mentioned and intended so to be, to the said David Maraine his
Executors, Administrators and Assigns forever; And I, the said Benjamin
M.cWilliams, for myself, my heirs, Executors and Administrators, all & singular
the goods, household stuff and furniture, and other the premises, unto the said
David Maraine, his Executors, Administrators and Assigns, against me
the said Benjamin M.cWilliams, my Executors and Administrators, and against
all and every other person or persons whatsoever shall and will warrant and
forever defend by these presents; of all and singular which said goods, household
stuff and furniture, and other the premises, I, the said Benjamin M.cWilliams
have put the said David Maraine in full possession by delivering to him
the said David Morain one Table spoon at the sealing and delivering of
these presents in the name of the whole premises hereby bargained and sold,
or mentioned or intended hereby so to be, unto him the said David Marain
as aforesaid.  In Witness whereof I have hereto set my hand and affixed my
seal this seventeenth day of May Eighteen hundred and fifty one.

Maryland, Dorchester County, To wit:  On this 17.th day of May one thousand
eight hundred & fifty one, before me the subscriber, one of the Justices of the
Peace in and for said County, personally appeared Benjamin M.cWilliams and Acknowledged
that the foregoing instrument of writing to be his Act and deed, according
to the true intent and meaning thereof, and the Acts of Assembly in such
cases made and provided.   In testimony whereof I have hereunto set my hand
on the day and year above written.                           J. H. Bell   J. P.

And at the same time and place also appeared before me David
Marine, the Mortgage in the said Indenture named, and made Oath
