310. Mary Ennalls Be it remembered & it is hereby certified that the following Paid Ex.d to Deed of Manumission was recorded on the 9.th day of Isaac Bolin Negro January in the year 1851, To wit: To all whom it may concern Be it known that I, Mary Ennalls, of Dorchester County in the State of Maryland, for divers good causes and considerations me thereunto moving, have released from slavery, liberated, manumitted & set free, and by these presents do hereby release from slavery, liberate, manumit & set free, on the twenty fifth day of December Eighteen hundred & sixty three, my Negro Man named Isaac Bolin, being about Eighteen years old, and able to work & gain a sufficient livelihood & maintenance; and him the said Negro Man, named Isaac Bolin, I do declare to be thenceforth free, manumitted & discharged from all manner of service or servitude to my, my executors or Administrators, forever. In witness whereof I have hereto set my hand & seal this ninth day of January Anno Domini 1851. Signed in presence of Mary Ennalls (Seal) Anne G. Murray James Rea State of Maryland, Dorchester County, Sct: Be it remembered & it is hereby certified that on this ninth day of January in the year of Our Lord one thousand eight hundred & fifty one, before the subscriber, a Justice of the Peace of the State of Maryland, in & for Dorchester County aforesaid, personally appears Mary Ennalls, she being known to me to be the person who is named & described as and professing to be a party to the foregoing Deed of Manumission or Indenture, and doth Acknowledge the said Indenture or instrument of writing to be her Act & deed. In testimony whereof I hereto subscribe my name on the day & year aforesaid. D. 1851, to wit: To all whom it may concern Be it known that I, Mary Ennalls, of Dorchester County in the state of Maryland, for divers good causes & considerations, me thereunto moving, have released from slavery, liberated, manumitted & set free, and by these presents do hereby release from slavery, liberate, manumit & set free on the twenty fifth day of December Eighteen hundred and sixty four, my Negro Girl named Kitty Bolin, being about twelve years old, and able to work & gain a sufficient livelihood and maintenance, and her the said Negro Girl named Kitty Bolin, I do declare to be thenceforth free, manumitted & discharged from all manner of servitude to me, my executors or Administrators forever.
