299. Tea Kettle, 1 Frying pan, 2 pot racks, 1 Table in kitchen, 2 Tubs, 3 Trays, 1 p.r Tad Irons ^one pair of And Irons^ all & singular which said good & chattels are now remaining standing & being in a certain Messuage or tenement, situate in Jack town & now in the occupation of the said Sarah Hambleton. To have and to hold all & singular the said goods, household stuff & furniture, and other the premises, above bargained & sold, or mentioned & intended so to be, to the said Mary Ann Cook, her executors, Administrators & Assigns forever: And I, the said Sarah Hambleton, for myself, my heirs, executors and Administrators, all and singular the said goods, household stuff & furniture, and other the premises, unto the said Mary Ann Cook, her executors, Administrators, & Assigns, against me, the said Sarah Hambleton, my executors & Administrators, and against all & every other person or persons whatsoever, shall & will warrant and forever defend by these presents, of all & singular which said goods, household stuff & furniture, and other the premises, I, the said Sarah Hambleton, have put the said Mary A Cook in full possession, by delivering to her, the said Mary A Cook, one chair at the sealing & delivering of these presents in the name of the whole premises hereby bargained & sold, or mentioned and intended to be so, unto the said Mary A. Cook as aforesaid. In Witness whereof the said Sarah Hambleton hath hereunto set her hand & seal this 12.th day of December A. D. 1850. Signed sealed & delivered in the her presence of William H. Barton Sarah x Hambleton (Seal) mark State of Maryland, Dorchester County, To wit: On this 12.th day of December A. D. 1850, personally appeared Sarah Hambleton and acknowledged the above & within instrument of writing to be her act & deed, and delivered the same for the uses & purposes therein mentioned: And also at the same time personally appeared Mary A. Cook & made Oath on the Holy Evangely of Almighty God that the consideration set forth in the within Bill of sale is true and bona fide. William H. Barton John Jones of Col. Be it remembered & it is hereby certified that the Ex.d from 95 following Mortgage Bill of sale was recorded on the Hugh Maguire 12th day of December A. D. 1850, To wit: This Indenture made this Eleventh day of December in the year of Our Lord Eighteen hundred & fifty, between Hugh Maguire of Dorchester and state of Maryland, of the one part, and John Jones of Col of Dorchester County & state aforesaid, of the other part. Whereas the said Hugh Maguire owes & stands justly indebted to the said Amos Borvale upon which John Jones of Col is security in the sum of one hundred dollars, current money, upon Judgment, and to secure the payment thereof is willing to execute these presents Now this Indenture Witnesseth that, the said Hugh Maguire, for and in consideration of the premises, and for and in consideration of the sum of Two dollars, current money, 1850 February 19 Bill of Sale deld to John Jones of Col. |
