in consideration of two hundred & fifty nine dollars and twenty two cents,
current money, to me in hand paid by Hugh Nield, of Dorchester County in the
said State, at and before the sealing & delivering of these presents, the receipt
whereof I, the said Dennis Camper, do hereby acknowledge, have granted,
bargained and sold, and by these presents do grant, bargain & sell unto the said
Hugh Nield, his Executors, Administrators and Assigns, one Mare, one Horse,
two yoke of Work Oxen, Ox Cart, yokes & Bows, two Cows, one Heifer,
and one other Steer yearling, Thirty head of Hogs, two ploughs, four Hoes,
and all other farming utensils included, two Beds, Bedsteads and furniture,
and all the other House hold Kitchen furniture including Tables & Chairs,
Pots, Ovens, or by whatsoever names or articles there may be, all & singular
which said property is now in my possession.  To have and to hold all &
singular the said property, House hold & Kitchen furniture and the other premises above
bargained & sold, or mentioned or intended so to be, to the said Hugh Nield, his
executors, Administrators & Assigns forever   And I, the said Dennis Camper
for myself, my heirs, executors & administrators, all & singular the said property
House hold & Kitchen furniture, and other the premises, unto the said Hugh
Nield, his Executors, Administrators & Assigns, against me the said Dennis
Camper, my Executors, Administrators and Assigns, and against all & every
other person or persons whatsoever, shall & will warrant & forever defend by
these presents.  In testimony whereof I have hereunto set my hand and seal
affixed this 6.th of February 1850.                                          his

Maryland, Dorchester County, To wit:  On this 6.th day of February 1850 before
me, one of the Justices of the Peace, in and for the County aforesaid, appears
Dennis Camper and acknowledges the foregoing writing to be his act and deed,
according to the true intent & meaning thereof and the Act of Assembly in
such cases made & provided.      Acknowledged before me

State of Maryland, Dorchester County, To wit:
On this 6.th day of February 1850, before me the subscriber, one of the Justices
of the Peace in and for said County, personally appears Hugh
Nield, and makes Oath on the Holy Evangely of Almighty God, that
the Consideration set forth in the foregoing Bill of sale is true &
bona fide as therein set forth.   Sworn before

Rec.d February 11.th 1850 of Hugh Nield one dollar in lieu
of a stamp on this Bill of sale.
