The Condition of the above obligation is such That if the above bounden William Delehay shall well and truly execute the Office of Constable of the Town of Vienna in all things appertaining thereto and shall also well and truly Account for all moneys placed in his hands for Collection and shall also well and truly pay all sums of Money received by him on Judgments or otherwise him then the above obligation to be void: otherwise of full force and virtue in Law. Hicks (Seal) his Robert x Delehay (Seal) mark Dorchester County To wit: On the 23d day of June 1849 Personally Appeared before me the Subscriber a Justice of the peace of in and for the County aforesaid Devit C. Handley and E D Dailey and made the following Oath to wit: We Devit C. Handley and E. D. Dailey Subscribing Witnesses to the above bond do make oath that Wm Delehay Hooper C Hicks and Robert Delehay Obligors mentioned in the said Bond, did Severally in Our presence, Sign, Seal, and deliver the said Bond as their act and Deed for the purposes therein mentioned Sworn before me on the day above mentioned. Smith Approved by the Commissioners of Dorchester County June 25 1849 by order Wm Rea Clk State of Maryland {Stamp} Be it remembered that the following Bond was recorded Ex.d from 50 {50 cts.} on the 25th day of June 1849 To wit John Richardson & others Know all men by these presents that we John Richardson & Samuel Harrington of Dorchester County in the State of Maryland are held and firmly bound unto the State of Maryland in the full and just Sum of Seven Hundred and thirty four Dollars and Sixty Two Cents Current money of the United States to be paid to the said State or its Certain attorney to which payment well and truly to be made and done we bin our selves and each of us our and each of our heirs Executors and Administrators jointly and severally firmly by these presents Sealed with our Seals and dated this twenty fifth day of June in the Year of Our Lord One Thousand eight Hundred and forty nine. The Condition of the above obligation is such that if the above bounden John Richardson appointed Collector of Dorchester County shall faithfully Collect and pay the Sum of Three Hundred and ^sixty^ Seven Dollars and Thirty three Cents Current Money of the United States into the Treasury of the State of Maryland on or before the first day of July Eighteen Hundred and fifty to and for the use of the State, then the above obligation to be void, or else to be and remain in full force and virtue in Law.
