    {Stamp}        Know all men by these presents that I Thomas K Eunick of Dorchester County in
    {one Dol}      the State of Maryland for and in consideration of the sum of four hundred Dollars Current money
to him in hand paid by Margaret A Eunick of Dorchester County in the said State at and before the
Sealing and delivery of these presents the receipt whereof I the said Thomas K. Eunick do hereby acknowledge
have granted bargained and sold and by these presents do grant bargain and sell unto the
said Margaret A Eunick her executors Administrators and Assigns all the goods household stuff
implements and furniture hereinafter Particularly mentioned that is to say 3 Beds and bedsteads
and furniture Complete ten dozen Chairs one Crib and bed one Cradle three Carpets one dozen silver
spoons two silver ladles Carpet mat for one room one marble top table one mahogany breakfast table
ten pine tables four looking glasses two venetian blinds six muslin window Curtains six mantle
vases three stoves & pipe ten paper fire boards one set dishes one set plates one set Cups & saucers
& sugar dish ten glass tumblers two sheet iron fireboards 4 washing tubs three water buckets three
paid Shovel & tongs one fender two pair Andirons four Baskets three Covered Buckets one set
Casters one Safe one solar lamp two sets knives & forks three toilet Tables two Bureaus one wardrobe
one oil cloth two Chamber sets 6 stone jars one leather Trunk one trunnel Bed & bedstead &
furniture one Canvas bank , one wheel barrow two paintings 12 brass Stair rods Stair & passage
Carpet, one clock all and singular which Said goods and Chattels are now remaining standing
and being in a certain messuage or tenement situate in Cambridge and now in the occupation of
the said Thomas K Eunick.  To Have and To Hold all and singular the said
the said goods household Stuff and furniture and other the premises above bargained and sold or
mentioned and intended so to be to the said Margaret A Eunick her executors Administrators
and Assigns forever and I the said Thomas K Eunick for myself my heirs executors and
Administrators all and singular the said goods household Stuff and furniture and other the
premises unto the said Margaret A Eunick her Executors Administrators and Assigns against me
the said Thomas K Eunick my Executors and Administrators and against all and every other
person or persons whatsoever shall and ^will^ warrant and forever defend by these presents of all and
singular which said goods house hold Stuff and furniture and other the premises I the said
Thomas K Eunick have put the said Margaret A Eunick in full possession by delivery
                to her the said Margaret A Eunick one table spoon at the sealing and delivery of
these presents in the name of the whole premises hereby bargained and sold or mentioned and
intended to be so unto her the said Margaret A Eunick as aforesaid.  In witness whereof the
said THomas K Eunick hath hereunto set his hand and seal this 28th day of February
Anno Domini 1849.

State of Maryland Dorchester County To wit  I hereby Certify that the above named Thomas
K Eunick acknowledged the above and within instrument of writing to be his act and deed and delivered
the same for the uses and purposes therein mentioned according to the Act of Assembly in such
Case made and provided.  And also at the same time personally appeared before me the Subscriber one
of the Justices of the Peace in and for the said County Margaret A Eunick and made
oath On the Holy Evangely of Almighty God that the Consideration set forth in the within bill of sale
is true and bonafide as therein set forth               Sworn before                          Noah Abbott  J. P.
