Miss Margaret Capito, of Chambersburg, County of Franklin, in the
State of Pensylvania, at and before the sealing & delivering of these presents,
the receipt whereof I, Edward A. Marshall, do hereby acknowledge,
have granted, bargained & sold, and by these presents do grant, bargain
& sell, unto the said Miss Margaret Capito, her Executors, Administrators
or assigns, all my right to the following property, To wit:  one
Mahogany Sofa, one Mahogany rocking Chair, six dark cane-seat
Chairs, one Mahogany Centre Table with Marble slab, one Parlour
Carpet, (English) three Venitian Window Blinds, one Solar Lamp,
one plated Tray & Snuffers, one pair of Plated Candle Sticks, three
set of Flower Vases, one pair of Brass Andirons, one pair of brass
Shovel Tongs & Poker, one brass top wire Fender, 1 pair of Brittania
Spittoons, two Hearth Rugs  contained in Parlour, one large Mahogany
dining Table, one Mahogany Work stand, one pair of brass
Andirons, one pair of brass nobbed Shovel & Tongs, Eight windsor
Chairs, one large rocking Chair, dark, one English Carpet, two
window Blinds & Curtains, Stair Carpeting, 1 Stove, one China
Candlestick, contained in Middle room, one stove, one settee, eight
chairs, windsor, one common sized rocking chair, one Clock, one Carpet
one Refrigerator, two Tables, one pair of brass nobbed Shovel & Tongs,
contained in back room, also the contents of the Pantry in said room embracing
crockery ware, Glass and stove ware, all my knives and forks,
and spooks both Silver and German Silver, one Slow cutter, one bleu
Safe & Contents, one Stove, six dark Chairs, one Table, one pair of
Shovel & Tongs, one pairs of Andirons, one wash Table, one Cupboard and
contents, water Bucket, Wash Tubs, Iron pots, ovens, Spider, and all the
balance of my cooking Utensils contained in my kitchen, one Table in
Counting room, one Gun, one Bureau, two looking Glasses, one gelt
frame, five Beds, Bedsteads and Bed Clothing, twelve window Blinds
and Curtains in bed rooms, two Bed room Carpets, two wash stands &
fixtures, two dressing Tables, together with all my Household & kitchen
Furniture, not specefied in these presents  Also all my right to the
dwelling House, Store House and lot of grains where I now reside,
on the West side of Race Street in the Town of Cambridge,
State of Maryland, all and singular said Goods & Chattels.
To have and to hold all and singular the said Goods & Chattels and
other Premises, above bargained & sold, or mentioned and intended so to
be, to the said Miss Margaret Capito, her Executors, Administrators
and Assigns forever   And I, the said Edward A. Marshall,
for myself, my heirs, executors, Administrators, all & singular
the said Goods & Chattels, and other Premises, unto the said
Miss Margaret Capito, her Executors, Administrators and
Assigns, against me the said Edward A. Marshall, my
