Some wheat seeded in the lot at Tobbaccostick one Horse and Gear one
pair old carriage wheels Crop of Top Fodder Crop of Blade Fodder and
wheat straw   To have and to hold all and singular the goods and
chattles and other the premises above bargained and sold or mentioned
or intended so to be to the said Samuel & Edward Harrington
their executors administrators and assigns Forever to their own use
and behoof provided always and it is the true intent and meaning
of these presents and of the said parties Hereunto that if the
said James Bromwell His Heirs executors administrators do
and shall well and truly pay or cause to be paid unto the said
Samuel & Edward Harrington their executors administrators
or assigns the full and Just Sum of Seventy Eight Dollars and Eighty
one cents current money with legal for the same on or Before the
First day march next ensuing in the presents year Eighteen Hundred
and Forty three without any deduction or abatement whatever
then and from thence fourth these presents and every matter
and thing therein contained shall cease and be utterly void anything
therein to the Contrary notwithstanding  In witness whereof
the said James Bromwell Hath Hereunto set his Hand and affixed
His seal this Fourteenth day March in the year of our lord
Eighteen Hundred and Fourty three

Maryland Dorchester County to wit   Be it remembered and it is
Hereby Certified that on this Fourteenth day March in the year of
our lord Eighteen Hundred and Fourty three Before me the subscribers
a Justice of the peace in and for said State and County personally
appears James Bromwell party granter to the Foregoing
Bill of sale or instrument of writing who doth acknowledge the
same to be His act and deed according to the true intent and meaning
thereof and the according to the acts of assembly therein
therein made and provided

Mary Gadd           THis indenture made this 22d day of March 1843
between Mary Gadd of Dorchester County state of Maryland of
the one part and Samuel Dunnock of county and state aforesaid
of the other part whereas the said Mary Gad owes and stands
