six Chairs and one Hand Mill   To have and to hold the
above mentioned property unto the said John D. Parker, his heirs
and Assigns to the only proper use and benefit and behoof of
the said John D. Parker his heirs and Assigns forever
Witness my hand and seal this seventeenth day of October Eighteen

Maryland Dorchester County, To wit:  On this 17.th day of
October 1846 personally appeared William Moore before the
subscriber a Justice of the Peace of the State of Maryland
in and for the County aforesaid and acknowledged the above
Bill of sale to be his Act and deed for the purposes therein
mentioned.   Acknowledged before                     James Smith


Francis I. Henry      Be it remembered that the following Bill of
Ex.d      from           Sale was recorded on the 3.d day of November 1846.
James Frazier          Know all men by these presents that I James
                               Frazier of Dorchester County for and in consideration
of the sum of one hundred and thirty dollars current money
of Maryland to me in hand paid by Francis I. Henry of said
County at and before the sealing and delivery of these presents the
receipt whereof is hereby acknowledged I the said James Frazier
have bargained and sold, conveyed and transfered and by these presents
do bargain and sell, convey and transfer unto the said
Francis I. Henry, his heirs and Assigns the following property
to wit, one Gig & Harness, two Horses, four head of Cattle, Eleven
head of Hogs, one new Horse Cart, four beds, bedsteads & furniture,
two ploughs, two Harrows, 1 Canoe and all the balance of my
Farming Utensils, house hold & kitchen furniture and personal
property of every kind and description whatsoever and all which
said property is now in my possession.  To have and to hold
the said above mentioned goods and chattels and personal property
of every kind and description whatsoever unto the said Francis
I. Henry, his heirs and Assigns to his and their sole and only
use and uses forever and to and for no other use, intent or
purpose whatsoever against me and my heirs and against
all persons whatsoever.

                                        In testimony whereof I have hereunto
subscribed my name and affixed my seal this twenty fourth
