and assigns all the goods chattels house hold stuff implements
and furniture particular^ly^ mentioned expressed
and contained in the schedule hereunto contained 1 horse
2 yoke steers named dick and Lamb Jack & cesar 2 cows 1
yearling 12 head sheep 1 sow and 9 pigs 2 ox carts 1 steer
crop wheat on the ground all of the furniture poultry 2 plows
and harness 2 hoess &c all and singular which said
goods and chattles are now remaining and standing
situate in Dorchester County now in the occupancy
of the said Thomas Tub man0  To have and to hold all and
singular the. goods houshold stuff &c and other the premises
above bargained and sold or mentioned and intended
so to be to the said Uriah Todd his executors and administrators
and assigns forever and I the said Thomas Tubman
for my self my heirs executors and administrators all and
singular the said goods house hold stuff &c and other the
premises unto the said Uriah Todd his executors administrators
and assigns against me the said Thomas
Tubman my executors and administrators and against
all and every other person or persons whatsoever shall
and will warrant and forever defend by these presents
of all and singular which said goods and house hold
stuff as a Tenneten and other the premises I the said
Thomas Tubman have put the said Uriah Todd
1 Horse & yoke of steers named Dick Lamb Jack and
cesar 2 calves 1 yearly 12 head sheep 1 sow and 9
shoats & ox carts 1 odd steer crop wheat in the ground
all of the furniture poultry 2 plowes and harrows 2 hoes at the
sealing and delivery of these preasents in the name of the
whole premises hereby bargained and sold or mentioned and
intended to be so unto him the said Uriah Todd as aforesaid
In witness whereof I affixd my hand and seal

On this 30th day of December 1842 appeared before me the
subscriber a justice of the peace for Dorchester County State of Maryland
Thomas Tubman and acknowledges the within instrument
to be her last act and deed as witness my hand and seal
