Samuel I. Meekins is hereby authorised and empowered by the undersigned
owners of the Schooner Sea Breeze according to the within instrument
to manage, take possession and dispose of the said Boat
as fully as the undersigned can empower him for the benifit of

Virginia A. Crockett      Be it remembered that the following Bill of
          from      Ex.d       Sale was recorded on the 2.d day of June 1845, To wit:
Charles Willigman          Know all men by these presents that I Charles
                                     Willingman of Dorchester County and State of
Maryland for and in consideration of the sum of one dollar ^lawfull money of the U. States^ in hand
paid by Virginia A. Crockett unto the said Charles Willigman at
or before the sealing and delivery of these presents the receipt whereof is
hereby acknowledged, have granted, bargained and sold and by these
presents do grant, bargain and sell unto the said Virginia A. Crockett
her executors, administrators and Assigns forever.  And he the said
                                     for his heirs, executors and administrators the
said Charles Willigman unto the said Virginia A. Crockett her executors,
administrators and assigns against all and every other person
or persons whatsoever shall and will warrant and forever defend by
these presents.  In Witness whereof I have hereunto set my hand and
sealed this               day of               Eighteen hundred and forty
signed, sealed & delivered
in the presence of                                          Charles Willigman   (seal)

State of Maryland Dorchester County SS.  Be it remembered that
