Meekins is hereby authorised and empowered by the undersigned owners of the Schooner Sea Breeze according to the within instrument to manage, take possession and dispose of the said Boat as fully as the undersigned can empower him for the benifit of the parties entitled. States^ in hand paid by Virginia A. Crockett unto the said Charles Willigman at or before the sealing and delivery of these presents the receipt whereof is hereby acknowledged, have granted, bargained and sold and by these presents do grant, bargain and sell unto the said Virginia A. Crockett her executors, administrators and Assigns forever. And he the said for his heirs, executors and administrators the said Charles Willigman unto the said Virginia A. Crockett her executors, administrators and assigns against all and every other person or persons whatsoever shall and will warrant and forever defend by these presents.
