In testimony whereof we have hereto set our hands and affixed our seals

                      Dorchester County, To wit:
On this 11.th Feb.y 1845 personally appears before me the subscriber a
Justice of the Peace for said County John & W.m F. Rudenstein and
acknowledged the foregoing Instrument of writing to be their act & deed
for the purposes therein mentioned      Acknowledged before

W.m Rea adm.r of H. Page      Be it remembered that the following Bill of
Ex.d      from                            Sale was recorded on the 19.th day of February
William Stanley                         1845, To wit:
                                                Know all men by these presents that I William
Stanley for and in consideration of the sum of fifty dollars to me in
hand paid by William Rea adm.r of Henry Page have granted, bargained
and sold and by these presents do grant, bargain and sell unto the said
William Rea adm.r of Henry Page my two Horses, one Bay and one roan, one
Waggon, one Ox Cart, one Yoke of Oxen and Yoke, one sow and seven pigs
To have and to hold the said Horses, Waggon, Ox Cart, Oxen, Yoke,
sow and pigs as above bargained and sold unto the said William Rea
adm.r of H. Page, his heirs, executors, administrators and assigns against me the
said William Stanley, my heirs, executors and administrators and against
all and every other person or persons shall and will warrant and defend.
In testimony whereof I have hereto set my hand and affixed my seal this
nineteenth day of February 1845.

                         State of maryland                     County, To wit:
On this 19 day of Feb.y 1845, before me the subscriber a Justice of the Peace in and
for the said County ^and State^ personally appeared William Stanley and acknowledged the above
Bill of sale or instrument of writing to be his act and deed according to the true
intent and meaning thereof.  Acknowledged before                        James Rea


Levin W. Tall      Be it remembered that the following Bill of Sale was
Ex.d  from           recorded on the 22.d day of February 1845, To wit:
Richard Tall         Know all men by these presents that I Richard Tall of
                           Dorchester County in the State of Maryld for and in consideration
of the sum of fifteen hundred dollars current money of the
United States to me in hand paid by Levin ^W.^ Tall of the County & State
aforesaid at and before the sealing and delivery of these presents the receipt
the said Richard Tall doth hereby acknowledge to have granted, bargained
