267. consideration of the sum of one hundred and twenty six dollars current money to me in hand paid by Daniel Cannon of Dorchester County & State aforesaid at and before the sealing and delivery hereof the receipt whereof I do hereby acknowledge, have granted, bargained and sold and by these presents do grant, bargain & sell unto the said Daniel Cannon, his executors administrators and Assigns one yoke of Steers and Cart, five head of Cattle, one Brown Mare and one black Colt, twenty five Barrels of Corn, one Bed, Bedstead and furniture, seven small shoats, seven Stacks fodder and five head of Sheep, one burch Table, one red pine Table, and one Candle stand all which property is now in my possession To have and to hold the above described property above bargained and sold to the said Daniel Cannon, his heirs, executors, administrators and assigns forever to his and their only proper use and benefit And I Charles B. Connely for myself my executors and administrators shall and will warrant and forever defend by these presents to the said Daniel Cannon his executors, administrators & assigns the said described property against me my executors and administrators and against all and every person ^or persons^ whomsoever claiming the same or any part thereof. In testimony whereof I have hereunto set my hand and affixed my seal this 21 day of January 1845. Signed, sealed & delivered in the presents of his Edward W. Tull W.m H. Cannon Charles B. x Connely (Seal) mark State of Maryland, Dorchester County, To wit: On this 21 day of January 1845 before me a Justice of the Peace for said County appeared Charles B. Connely and acknowledged the within Indenture or instrument of writing to be his Act and deed according to the true intent and meaning thereof and the Act of Assembly in such case made and provided Edward W. Tull W.m F. Rudenstein Be it remembered that the following Bill of Sale was Ex.d from recorded on the 13.th day of February 1845, To wit: John ^D^ Rudenstein Know all men by these presents that I John D. Rudenstein of Dorchester County ^at present^ for and in consideration of the sum of nine hundred dollars to me in hand paid by my Brother W.m F. Rudenstein have bargained, sold and transfered and by these presents do grant, bargain and sell unto my said Brother W.m F. Rudenstein and his heirs and assigns forever. All my stock and fixtures belonging to my Apothecary establishment in the Town of Cambridge which is designed to untran the goods & merchandise and all articles connected with said establishment of every discription To have and to hold the said property and every part thereof to the said W.m F.
