199. these presents do grant, bargain and sell unto the said Joel Cornwell his executors, administrators and assigns one Steer, 2 Yearlings, 2 Beds, 2 Bedsteads and furniture, 1 walnut Table, 5 Chairs, 1 Safe & Contents, 1 Chest all of which goods and chattels are now in the possession of Daniel Walker. To have and to hold the said described goods and Chattels to the said Joel Cornwell his executors, administrators and assigns forever And him the said William W. Hooper for his heirs, executors and and administrators the said William W. Hooper unto the said Joel Cornwell his executors, administrators and assigns against him the said William W. Hooper his executors and administrators and against all and every other person or persons whatsoever shall and will warrant and forever defend by these presents.
