with a Condition therein written for the payment of the sum of one hundred & eight dollars current money
with Legal Interest in the same on or before the first day of april
       1843 as by the said note and condition may more fully
       appear Now this Indenture Witnesseth that the said
       John Radcliff in consideration of the said debt or sum
       of $108 Dollars owing to the said Stapleford & Crawford as
       aforesaid and for the letter securing the payment thereof
       with the Interest to the said Stapleford & Crawford their
       Executors administrators or assigns according to the condition
       of the said note and also in consideration of the
       further sum of one dollar current money to him
       the said John Ratcliff by the said Stapleford & Crawford
       in hand well and truly paid at and before the sealing
       and delivering of these presents the receipt whereof is
       hereby acknowledge by the said John Radcliff Hath
       granted bargained and sold released and confirmed
       and by these presents doth Grant Bargain and
       sell release and confirm unto the said Stapleford &
       Crawford their heirs or assigns the following personal
       poperty to wit viz      One Black Horse one Gray mare
       three oxen one ox cart Four cows Twelve Head of
       Hogs Two beds and furniture Two ploughs and Gears Ten
       Barrels of Corn all his Fodder & Hiffers and all his other House hold
       Goods To have and to hold the said described property and
       every part thereof to the said Stapleford & Crawford their
       heirs and assigns forever to there own use and belief
       Provided always and it is the true intent and meaning
       of these presents and of the said parties hereunto that
       if the said John Radcliff or his heirs or assigns at and
       shall well and truly pay or cause to be paid unto the
       said Stapleford & Crawford or their attorney or heirs or
       assigns the said full sum of one hundred and eight
       dollars current money with Legal interest for the same
       at or before the first day of april one thousand Eight
       hundred and Forty three without any deduction or
       abatement whatsoever then and from thenceforth
       these presents and every part and matter and thing
       therein contained shall cease and be utterly null
       and void any thing therein to the contrary thereof in
       any wise notwithstanding  And it is further understood
       that if default shall be made in the payment
       of the said sum of one hundred and eight dollars current
       money and interest or any part thereof at the
       time herein specifide as aforesaid then and from
