163. paid by Benjamin G. Keene of the County and state aforesaid at and before the sealing and delivery hereof the receipt whereof I do hereby acknowledge have granted bargained and sold and by these presents do grant bargain and sell unto the said Benjamin G. Keene his executors, administrators and assigns one Yoke of oxen about twelve years old the one pide and the other brindle, one Yoke also about eight years old, one black with white face the other brindle with white tail, and also one young Steer, black with spots on the back near the hips, marked a crop and two under bits in the right ear, also one Brindle Cow, crumpled horn with a star in the forehead, about seven years old, with a crop and two under bits in the right ear, also one white Cow with dark brindle sides about eight years old with a crop and two under bits in right ear, one Heifer brindle with white back about six years old with crop and two under bits in right ear, two Steer yearlings about two years old, one red and the other black with white back, marked Crop and two under bits in the right ear and four young spotted Hogs about eighteen months old, also one black sow with white list and and nine Shoots about ten months old, also one white spotted son and four shoots about nine months old, all the above mentioned Hogs are marked with a crop and two under bits in the right ear, also fourteen head of Sheep all white with the ear mark as above named, and also two on Carts with yokes and Cows, also one patent plough with chain and chevry also one Bed, bedstead and furniture and six old stools also one iron pot and hooks, one spider and two lids, also one cupboard, and three stacks of top fodder with a lot also of Blade fodder now in the Barn, and also all my Corn as it now stands in the field, all which property is now in my possession to have and to hold the same described property above bargained and sold to the said Benjamin G. Keene, his executors, administrators and assigns forever to his and their only proper use and benefit, And I the said Capewell Goore for myself my executors and administrators shall and will warrant and forever defend by these presents to the said Benjamin G. Keene, his executors, administrators and assigns the said described property, against me, my executors and administrators, and against all and every other person or persons whomsoever claiming the same or any part thereof.
