right title claim or interest in which is now standing or remaining on the farm
called "Sweet Prospect" where I now reside.  To have and To hold the said
Corn Blades & Tops above bargained and sold unto the said William Rea
Adm.r his heirs executors administrators and assigns against me the said John
Bunting my heirs executors & administrators and against all and every other
person or persons shall and will warrant and defend Provided always and
it is the true intent and meaning of these presents and of the said parties
hereunto that if the said John Bunting his heirs executors or administrators
do and shall well and truly pay or cause to be paid unto the said William
Rea administrator of Henry Page the Sum of Eight Hundred Dollars and
money with legal interest thereon from the date hereof on or before the first day of
November next ensuing the day thereof without any deduction or abatement
whatsoever then and from thence such these presents and every matter and
thing therein to the contrary thereof in any wise notwithstanding
In witness whereof the said John Bunting hath hereunto set his hand
and affixed his seal the 4th day of October 1843

Dorchester County to wit   on the fourth day of october 1843 then came before
me a Justice of the peace in hand for said County John Bunting and acknowledged
the within mortgage Bill of sale to be his act and deed for the
uses and purposes therein mentioned according to the acts of Assembly in
such cases made & provided      Acknowledged Before

Henry Page                   Bill of Sale was recorded on the 6.th day
          from      Ex.d       of October Anno Domini 1843  To wit
William S. Byns             Maryland Sct
Know all men by these presents that I William S Byns of Dorchester
County in the state aforesaid for and in consideration of a large claim
owing by me to Henry page deceased and in further consideration
of the sum of one dollar current money to me in hand paid by William
Rea administrator of Henry Page dec.d I have bargained and sold and
by these presents do grant bargain and sell unto the said William Rea
admr afs.d all the crop of corn Blades & Tops to which I have any wright title
claim or interest in whcih is now standing or remaining on the farm of
the said Henry Page called Pinkens Creek where I now reside To have
and To hold the said corn blades & tops above bargained and sold
unto the said William Rea adm.r his heirs executors administrators
