154. his Executors and administrators and against all and every person or persons whatsoever will forever warrant and defend In Witness whereof the said Zorobabel M.cCollister hath hereunto set his hand and seal the day and year first herein written Signed, sealed and delivered in presence of Zorobabel M.cCollister (Seal) Joel Cornwell G. A. Z. Smith State of Maryland, Dorchester County To wit: Be it remembered that on the nineteenth day of August in the year of Our Lord eighteen hundred and forty three personally appeared before the subscribers, two Justices of the Peace in and for the County and State aforesaid the within named Zorobabel M.cCollister party grantor in the within and aforegoing Indenture and acknowledged the same to be his act and deed and delivered the same for the uses and purposes therein mentioned Acknowledged before and certified by Joel Cornwell Geo A. Z. Smith Levin W. Tall Be it remembered that the following Bill of sale was Ex.d from recorded on the 29.th day of August 1843 To Wit: Greenberry Kilmon Know all men by these presents that I Greenberry Kilmon of Dorchester County in the state of Maryland for and in consideration of the sum of three hundred dollars current money of Maryland to me in hand paid by Levin W. Tall of the County and state aforesaid at and before the sealing and delivery of these presents the receipt whereof I do hereby acknowledge have granted bargained and sold and by these presents do grant bargain and sell unto the said Levin W. Tall his Executors administrators and assigns all the right, title, interest, claim and demand which I the said Greenberry Kilmon have unto the following property to wit Three Cows, two yoke Oxen, nine head other Cattle, Two Horses, five head Sheep, twelve head Hogs, one Gig & harness, one wheat Fan, one Horse Cart, two ploughs, one sail Canoe, forty Cords Gum Wood in the woods, all of the Corn and fodder on the home Farm, two thirds of a Crop of Corn and fodder on the Farm of M.rs Granger; To have and to hold all and singular the above goods bargained and sold or mentioned or intended so to be to the said Tall his heirs, executors, administrators and assigns forever And I the said Greenberry Kilmon for myself my heirs executors and administrators all and singular the said goods and other the premises unto the said Levin W. Tall his executors administrators and assigns against me the said Greenberry Kilmon my executors administrators and assigns and against all and every other person or persons whatsoever shall and will warrant and forever defend by these presents.
