32.12.10.01 Services and Institutional Operations
General Fund Appropriation, provided that if
the superintendent position of Clifton T.
Perkins Hospital Center should become
vacant, the position shall be filled within the
. State pay scale. Remaining funds which
would otherwise have been expended for
salaries and fringes for the current
superintendent under contract with the
University of Maryland School of Medicine

shall revert to the general fund....................

UPPER SHORE COMMUNITY MENTAL HEALTH CENTER

Funds are appropriated in the budget of the
Alfred D. Noyes Children Center to pay for
services provided by this program.
Authorization is hereby granted to use
receipts as special funds for operating
expenses in this program.
