Funds are appropriated in the budget of the
Department of Public Safety and
Correctional Services to pay for services
provided by this program. Authorization is
hereby granted to use these receipts as
special funds for operating expenses in this
program.

SPRING GROVE HOSPITAL CENTER

32.12.09.01 Services and Institutional Operations
General Fund Appropriation, provided that if
the superintendent position of Spring Grove
Hospital Center should become vacant, the
position shall be filled within the State pay
scale. Remaining funds which would
otherwise have been expended for salaries
and fringes for the current superintendent
under contract with the University of
Maryland School of Medicine shall revert to

the general fund............................................

Special Fund Appropriation.............................

Funds are appropriated in the budgets of the
RICA-Baltimore, Maryland Psychiatric
Research Center and Walter P. Carter
Center to pay for services provided by this
program. Authorization is hereby granted to
use these receipts as special funds for
operating expenses in this program.
