AN EMERGENCY ACT to:

(1)     provide a certain [[early]] retirement incentive [[window benefit]] for certain
members of the employees' retirement system;

(2)     authorize the Chief Administrative Officer to administer a certain [[early]]
retirement incentive [[window benefit]] program in a certain manner;

(3)     provide that the participating agencies have the right to elect a certain
[[early]] retirement incentive [[window benefit]] program;

[[(4) clarify certain definitions;]]

[[(5)]] (4) make certain changes to the discontinued service pension benefit; and

[[(6)]] (5) generally amend the law regarding the County's retirement system.
