AN EMERGENCY ACT to:

(1)     clarify the eligibility of certain County employees to provide volunteer services
to fire and rescue corporations under certain conditions;

(2)     authorize the County Executive to adopt regulations governing the eligibility
of certain County employees to provide volunteer services to fire and rescue
corporations under certain conditions; and

(3)     generally amend the law relating to fire and rescue services.
