An Act amending Section 21.1000 "Fines and penalties" of the Howard County Code to
authorize the County Council to approve, by resolution, a schedule of fines' for violations
of the Howard County parking violations.

Bill No. 37-1993

An Act pursuant to Section 1.606(e) of the Howard County Code approving provisions in
collective bargaining agreements which are in conflict with the provisions of Title 1
"Personnel Administration" of the Howard County Code and making the provisions of
this Act retroactive to July 1, 1993.                                                     

[Amending §§ 1.101B and 1.300 of the Howard County Code.

Bill No. 41-1993

An Act amending Subtitle 1 "Health Code" of Title 12 "Health and Social Services" to
provide for the practice of agriculture in the Rural Conservation and Rural Residential
zoning districts, for the practice of agriculture in certain zoning districts and on (1)
individual residential properties of 20 acres or more that are subject to perpetual
conservation easements; or (2) two contiguous residential properties where the total
contiguous acreage equals 20 acres or more and which are subject to one or more
perpetual conservation easements.

[Amending § 12.111 of the Howard County Code.

Bill No. 42-1993

An Act amending Subtitle 2 "Electrical Regulations" of Title 3 "Buildings" of the
Howard County Code to adopt the 1993 update of the County's Electrical Code, to clarify
certain provisions, and to streamline language.
