An Act changing the beginning and ending dates of the term of the student member of
the Human Rights Commission; specifying that the ex-officio Human Rights Commission
member serving on the Commission for Women is selected by the Chairperson of the
Human Rights Commission.

An Act amending Title 1 "Personnel Administration" of the Howard County Code in
order to keep the employee classification plan current by adding certain classes; by
modifying the minimum specifications for certain classes; and by modifying the titles and
pay grades of certain classes.

Bill No. 18-1993

An Act to update the plan for exempt employees in the merit system by adding certain
positions to the list of executive exempt positions, to upgrade certain executive exempt
positions, to delete certain executive exempt positions, to change the title of certain
executive exempt positions, to add certain positions to the list of classified positions, and
to change the pay for bailiffs (a state-authorized exempt class).
