AN ACT to repeal and re-enact, with amendments, the definition of "Commercial
Vehicles" in Section 267-4, Definitions, of Article I, General Provisions; and to
repeal and re-enact, with amendments, Subsection D(10) of Section 267-26,
Accessory Uses and Structures, of Article V, Supplementary Regulations; both of
Part 1, Standards, of Chapter 267, Zoning, of the Harford County Code, as
amended, to clarify the definition of Commercial Vehicle and the regulation on
parking commercial vehicles in agricultural and residential districts.

AN ACT to repeal and reenact, with amendments, Subsection B of Section 105-1, Scope;
Applicability; Section 105-3, Adoption of Standards; both of Article I, General
Provisions; and to repeal and reenact, without amendments, the definition of
"Minor Installations" of Section 105-10, Definitions, of Article I, General
Provisions; and to repeal and reenact, with amendments, Subsection B of Section
105-11, Membership; Terms; Vacancies, of Article II, Board, of Electrical
Examiners; and to repeal and reenact, with amendments, Subsection A of Section
105-19, Applicability of Article; Subsection B(4) of Section 105-20, Application for
. License; Subsection B of Section 105-21, Master Electrician's License, all of Article
III, Licenses; and Section 105-37, Exemptions, of Article IV, Permits; all of Chapter
105, Electricity, of the Harford County Code, as amended; to provide for the
adoption of the 1993 edition of the National Electric Code; to eliminate the permit
exemption for minor installations; to clarify the amount of insurance required to be
carried by a licensed electrician; to clarify that a member of the Board of Electrical
Examiners may continue to serve in that position after the expiration of the term
until a successor is appointed and qualified; and generally relating to the Electrical
Code and the performance of electrical work in Harford County.

AN ACT to repeal and reenact with amendments, Section 256-13, Water and Sewer Plan,
of Article I, General Provisions, of Chapter 256, Water and Sewers, of the Harford
County Code, as amended, to provide for the establishment of the Water and Sewer
Plan as part of the Harford County Code and to further provide that a copy of said
Water and Sewer Plan, along with all amendments, is attached to this Act and made
a part hereof as through it were fully stated herein. adopted for submission to the
