AN ACT to repeal and reenact, with amendments, the definition of "Use, Residential" of
Section 267-4, Definitions, and to add new definitions to Section 267-4, Definitions,
of Article I, General Provisions, of Part 1, Standards, of Chapter 267, Zoning, of the
Harford County Code, as amended, to provide for the addition of specific
definitions generally relating to Zoning, and to repeal and reenact the definition of
"Use, Residential".

Bill No. 93-25

AN ACT to add new Subsection E, and reletter current Subsections E, F, G and H of
Section 267-8, Zoning certificates, of Article II, Administration and Enforcement,
of Part 1, Standards, of Chapter 267, Zoning, of the Harford County Code, as
amended; to provide for testing of non-residential and/or multi-family
developments at both the preliminary plan and site plan stages.

Bill No. 93-27

AN ACT to repeal and reenact, with amendments, Subsection A, Construction Work, of
Section 256-5, Permits Required, of Article I, General Provisions, of Chapter 256,
Water and Sewers, of the Harford County Code, as amended, to provide for the
requirement that no permit be issued unless adequate public water and/or sewer
facilities exist at the time of application.

Bill No. 93-44

AN ACT to repeal and reenact, with amendments, subsection B of Section 157-18,
Sanitation Construction Permits; to add Section 157-27, Food Service Facilities
(which was omitted from Council Bill 92-56); and to add Section 157-28, Public
Swimming Pool and Spa Permit; all of Article II, Fees, of Chapter 157, License and
Permits, of the Harford County Code, as amended; to set fees for services rendered
by the Harford County Health Department; and generally relating to fees for
services provided by the County.
