AN ORDINANCE concerning:

Bed and Breakfast Establishments - Rooming Houses

FOR the purpose of including bed and breakfast establishments within the definition of
rooming house under the Housing Maintenance and Occupancy Code; establishing
a license fee for a rooming house that has only one unit; and clarifying the
definitions of bed and breakfast home and bed and breakfast inn within the Zoning
Article.

Noise in Residential Districts

FOR the purpose of revising the County noise ordinance to prohibit the use of certain
devices to produce unreasonably loud sounds in residential districts; specifying
exceptions; providing for prima facie evidence of violations under certain
circumstances; providing certain civil and criminal sanctions; and generally relating
to the use of certain sound-producing devices in residential districts.
