Planning and Development - Glen Burnie Urban Renewal

FOR the purpose of modifying the Glen Burnie Urban Renewal Plan to provide for
mixed use development, including guidelines; eliminating mid-rise office/retail as a
separate use; amending the provisions relating to required street improvements;
adopting a new map that reflects a mixed use development; and generally relating to
urban renewal.
