AN ORDINANCE concerning:

Animal Control - Spaying and Neutering

FOR the purpose of providing for the adoption of animals from certain facilities and
shelters under certain circumstances; requiring that animals adopted from certain
facilities and shelters be spayed or neutered; authorizing the Animal Control
Administrator to spay or neuter dogs and cats before adoption; providing for
reimbursement to the Animal Control Administrator of the costs of spaying or
neutering; and generally relating to adoption of animals and the spaying or
neutering of animals.
