AN ORDINANCE concerning:

Family and Medical Leave             

FOR the purpose of amending the County Code to reflect the federal rights of certain
County employees to family and medical leave; making those rights available to all
covered employees at the same time; and requiring the Personnel Officer to issue
appropriate personnel policies.

AN EMERGENCY ORDINANCE concerning:

Personnel - Longevity Increases

FOR the purpose of providing that employees under the general salary schedule are
entitled to salary increases for years of continuous County service based upon the
employees' rate of earning when the service requirement is met.

AN ORDINANCE concerning:

Planning and Development - Master Plan for Water Supply and Sewerage Systems

FOR the purpose of adopting revisions to the Anne Arundel County Master Plan for
Water Supply and Sewerage Systems; clarifying the circumstances under which
certain land use classifications in the critical area may be served by public water or
sewer; updating certain data and information used to assist in forecasting future
development in the County; changing certain service area boundaries to reflect
planned or existing development; and generally relating to the County's Master Plan
for Water Supply and Sewerage Systems.
