program requirements may be granted; expanding sketch plan and development
requirements to protect hydric soils, and highly erodible soils which may impact
wetlands, streams, and other aquatic environments; expanding sketch plan and
development requirements to protect certain bird nesting sites; adding a conflict of
law provision; providing December 1, 1985 as the date by which previously existing
projects may be grandfathered; adopting the "Addendum to the Anne Arundel
County Critical Area Program - Update 1993"; making the provisions of this
Ordinance severable; and generally relating to the critical area.
