AN ORDINANCE concerning:

Housing and Community Development Programs

FOR the purpose of providing for the continuance of the Housing and Community
Development Program after abolition of the Housing and Community Development
Division; authorizing the County Executive to enter into a certain agreement with a
non-profit community services corporation to administer certain community
development programs; defining certain terms; and generally relating to the
administration of community development programs.

Article 2, § 4A-101, to be under the new title, "Title 4A. Housing and Community

Development Programs"

AN ORDINANCE concerning:

The Anne Arundel County Economic Development Program

FOR the purpose of providing for the continuance of the Economic Development
Program after the abolition of the Anne Arundel County Office of Economic
Development; authorizing the County Executive to enter into a grant agreement
with a certain non-profit economic development corporation to administer the
Anne Arundel County Economic Development Program; authorizing the transfer of
personnel and personal property from the office to the corporation; permitting
employees of the corporation to participate in the County Employee's Retirement
Plan; and generally relating to the Anne Arundel County Economic Development
Program.

BY adding

Article 2, §§ 9-101, 9-102, and 9-103, to be under the new title, "Title 9. Economic

Development Program"
