Personnel - Part-Time Employment

FOR the purpose of establishing that a position may be reduced to part-time; providing
for prorated benefits for part-time employment; clarifying that an employee whose
position is permanently reduced to part-time has certain rights; and generally
relating to permanent, part-time employment.
