AN ORDINANCE concerning:

Fire Prevention Code

FOR the purpose of enacting a new Fire Prevention Code for the County; adopting
certain codes and standards as the Fire Prevention Code for the County, with
certain additions, deletions and corrections; providing for the applicability of the
Fire Prevention Code; defining certain terms; providing for administration and
enforcement of the Fire Prevention Code; providing certain penalties for violation
of the Fire Prevention Code; and generally relating to fire prevention in this
County.
