FOR the purpose of permitting bed and breakfast homes in certain zoning districts as a
conditional use; permitting bed and breakfast homes and bed and breakfast inns in
certain zoning districts as a special exception; requiring licensing and defining

Article 28, §§ 1-101(7E) and 7(F), 2-204(b)(7), 2-205(4A), 2-2A-03(b)(1),
2-2A-04(1A), and 12-207.1

BY renumbering

Article 28, §§ 1-101(7E) through 7(H) to be 1-101 (7G) through (7J), respectively;
and 2-2A-03(b)(1) to be 2-2A-03(b)(lA)

BY repealing and reenacting, with amendments

Article 22, §§ 1-101 and 3-101; and Article 28, §§ 2-303 and 2-403
