Article 43C - Maryland Health and Higher Educational Facilities Authority

(j) The members of the Authority shall receive no compensation for the
performance of their duties hereunder, but each such member shall be paid his necessary
expenses incurred while engaged in the performance of such duties, in accordance with
the [standard travel regulations] STANDARD STATE TRAVEL REGULATIONS.

Article 49B - Human Relations Commission

(b) The members of the Commission may not receive any compensation for their
services but shall be paid their expenses while engaged in the discharge of their official
duties, in accordance with the [standard travel regulations] STANDARD STATE TRAVEL
REGULATIONS as well as a per diem as provided in the budget for attending scheduled
meetings of the Commission, including participation in any hearings required by the
administrative appeal process.

Article 78 - Public Service Commission Law

The compensation of the Chairman and other commissioners shall be as provided in
the budget but in no case shall be less than $40,000 per year for the Chairman and
$35,000 per year for each of the other full-time commissioners. Members shall be
reimbursed for expenses incurred while engaged in the performance of their duties, in
accordance with the [standard travel regulations] STANDARD STATE TRAVEL
REGULATIONS.

Article 83A - Department of Economic and Employment Development

The members of the Council shall receive per diem compensation as provided in the
State budget for each day actually engaged in the discharge of their official duties as well
as reimbursement for expenses in accordance with the Standard STATE Travel
Regulations. The Director of Apprenticeship and Training shall act as secretary.

(e) Members of the Council shall receive no compensation but shall receive
reimbursement for reasonable and necessary expenses in accordance with the Standard
STATE Travel Regulations.

(b) A member of the Commission or a subcommittee of the Commission:

(2) Is entitled to reimbursement for expenses under the [State] Standard
STATE Travel Regulations, as provided in the State budget.
