[(d)](B) (1) A person who submits a written refund claim for recording fees,
including any recording surcharge, that have been overpaid to the clerk of a circuit court,
is eligible for a refund of the amount overpaid from the clerk that collected the fees:

(2) A claim for a refund under paragraph (1) of this subsection shall be as
required by regulations adopted by the State Court Administrator.

SECTION 2. AND BE IT FURTHER ENACTED, That this Act shall take effect
July 1, 1994.

AN ACT concerning

Transportation Trust Fund Revenue Sharing Account - Repeal

FOR the purpose of repealing certain provisions relating to a Revenue Sharing Account
within the Transportation Trust Fund; altering the distribution of the revenues from
the corporate income tax and from the motor vehicle titling tax; providing for
administration of a Drinking Driver Monitor Program under the Division of Parole
and Probation, to be funded from the State general fund; correcting a certain
reference; repealing certain obsolete references; providing for a delayed effective
date; and generally relating to the repeal of the Revenue Sharing Account within
the Transportation Trust Fund.
