SECTION 1. BE IT ENACTED BY THE GENERAL ASSEMBLY OF
MARYLAND, That the Laws of Maryland read as follows:

Article 41 - Governor - Executive and Administrative Departments

4-601.

(b) Subject to the authority of the Secretary of Public Safety and Correctional
Services, the Division of Parole and Probation shall have the following duties, in addition
to any other duties provided for herein or by law:

(5) To ADMINISTER THE DRINKING DRIVER MONITOR PROGRAM AND
collect supervision fees in accordance with the State Drinking Driver Program
Interagency Agreement.

(E) FUNDING FOR THE DRINKING DRIVER MONITOR PROGRAM SHALL BE AS
PROVIDED IN THE STATE BUDGET FROM GENERAL FUNDS.

Article - Tax - General

2-616.

After making the distributions required under §§ 2-613, through 2-615 of this
subtitle, [from the remaining income tax revenue from corporations,] the Comptroller
shall distribute monthly [the following percentages:

(1)] 16% OF THE REMAINING INCOME TAX REVENUE FROM
CORPORATIONS to the Gasoline and Motor Vehicle Revenue Account in the
Transportation Trust Fund[; and

(2) 16% to the Transportation Revenue Sharing Account in the
Transportation Trust Fund].
