CHAPTER 80 AN ACT concerning Caroline County - Alcoholic Beverages FOR the purpose of providing in Caroline County that the Board of License Commissioners may impose a certain fine or suspend an alcoholic beverages license, or both, for certain violations; specifying the nature of the penalties; directing that a certain renumbering or relettering occur; and generally relating to alcoholic beverages in Caroline County. BY adding to Article 2B - Alcoholic Beverages Section 203(s) Annotated Code of Maryland (1990 Replacement Volume and 1993 Supplement) SECTION 1.
