(1)     Election district 6, precincts 1, 3 through 7, 10, 11, 12, 15 through 19, 21,
and 22; [and]

(2)     Election district 9, precinct 3 [.]; AND

(3)  THAT PART OF ELECTION DISTRICT 15, PRECINCT 2 THAT IS
GENERALLY SOUTH AND WEST OF A LINE THAT RUNS ALONG THE CENTER OF
WASHINGTON AVENUE FROM DARCY ROAD TO DOUGLAS AVENUE, THENCE ALONG
THE CENTER OF DOUGLAS AVENUE TO SANSBURY ROAD, THENCE ALONG THE
CENTER OF SANSBURY ROAD TO DARCY ROAD.

SECTION 2. AND BE IT FURTHER ENACTED, That this Act is an emergency
measure, is necessary for the immediate preservation of the public health and safety, has
been passed by a yea and nay vote supported by three-fifths of all the members elected to
each of the two Houses of the General Assembly, and shall take effect from the date it is
enacted.

AN ACT concerning

Prince George's County - Board of Education - Candidacy of Member for Another Office

PG 410-94

FOR the purpose of repealing a provision of law that requires an elected member of the
Prince George's County Board of Education to forfeit the member's office if the
member becomes a candidate for another elective office; repealing a provision of
law that prohibits the acceptance of a certificate of candidacy for another elective
office by an election board unless the certificate is accompanied by a certain notice;
making this Act an emergency measure; and generally relating to the candidacy of a
member of the Prince George's County Board of Education for another office.
