Ch. 26 1994 LAWS OF MARYLAND (3) An infirmary of a higher education institution or of a public school; (4) An industrial infirmary; or (5) Any agency that is licensed or regulated by the Department under any [17-405. To qualify for a permit, an applicant shall meet the requirements that the Secretary [17-406.
