(c)     The University's policy regarding compensatory time off awarded under the
provisions of subsection (b) of this section shall be in accordance with regulations
regarding compensatory time off adopted by the Department of Personnel, where
appropriate.

13-1C-04.

(d)     (1) On or before January 1, 1993, any Montebello University employee who
wishes to transfer to a CLASSIFIED SERVICE position [in] OF the State [merit system]
shall be treated for purposes of the transfer as if the transfer were in accordance with
FORMER Article 64A, § 31 OF THE CODE.

18-1005.

(a)     (2) The Board may:

(i) Appoint and remove any other officer or employee it considers
advisable without regard to [Article 64A] THE PROVISIONS OF THE STATE PERSONNEL
ARTICLE THAT GOVERN CLASSIFIED SERVICE EMPLOYEES; and

24-204.

(b)     (2) The secretarial, stenographic, clerical, and custodial employees of the
Commission are [members of] IN the classified service [under Article 64A of the Code]
OF THE STATE PERSONNEL MANAGEMENT SYSTEM.

(3) All other employees of the Commission are [in the State service but
not] in the [classified] UNCLASSIFIED service OF THE STATE PERSONNEL
MANAGEMENT SYSTEM.

Article - Environment

(b) (3) Unless otherwise provided by law, the Secretary shall appoint and
remove all other staff in accordance with the provisions of the State [Merit System Law]
PERSONNEL ARTICLE THAT GOVERN CLASSIFIED SERVICE EMPLOYEES.

6-806.

(a) Subject to the approval of the Secretary, the Commission may employ on a
contractual basis an Executive Director, whose salary shall be payable out of the
Prevention Fund. The Executive Director shall serve at the pleasure of the Commission,
subject to the concurrence of the Secretary. [The position of Executive Director is not
subject to the provisions of Article 64A of the Code.]

9-1603.

(a) The Secretary, with the approval of the Governor, shall appoint the Director
of the Administration who shall serve at the pleasure of the Secretary. The position of
Director is [not subject to the provisions of Article 64A of this Code] IN THE
UNCLASSIFIED SERVICE OF THE STATE PERSONNEL MANAGEMENT SYSTEM. The
