WILLIAM DONALD SCHAEFER, Governor Ch. 15 [(2) As provided for applicants for a license to practice property line (i) an examination of the fundamentals of land surveying that are (ii) an examination of the principles and practice of land surveying (e) (1) The Board shall determine the subjects, scope, and form of and method (2) The Board shall structure the examinations to test the ability of an [15-310. (a) Subject to this section, an individual may apply to the Board to take the (b) To take the fundamentals of land surveying examination early, the applicant: (1) shall have been graduated from a college or university on completion of (2) shall have: (i) been graduated from a college or university on completion of an (ii) completed at least 4 of the 6 years of experience required under § (c) (1) An applicant for early examination shall: (i) submit to the Board an application on the form that the Board (ii) pay to the Board an application fee set by the Board not to exceed (2) The procedures and requirements for the application shall be the same (d) An applicant who meets the requirements of this section is entitled to take the (e) If an individual passes a fundamentals of land surveying examination under - 889 -
