Ch. 15 1993 LAWS OF MARYLAND (II) SUBJECT TO PARAGRAPH (2) OF THIS SUBSECTION, HAS AT (III) AFTER HAVING COMPLETED AT LEAST 6 YEARS OF WORK (IV) AFTER HAVING PASSED THE WRITTEN EXAMINATION IN THE (V) AFTER HAVING MET THE OTHER REQUIREMENTS, HAS PASSED (2) FOR EACH 30 SEMESTER HOURS THAT AN APPLICANT COMPLETES IN [(e)] (G) If an applicant has taught land surveying as an associate professor, or in 15-307. (a) [(1)] An applicant who otherwise qualifies for a license is entitled to be [(2) Subject to § 15-310 of this subtitle, an individual may take the (b) The Board periodically shall give the examinations required under this subtitle (c) The Board shall give each qualified applicant notice of the time and place of (d) [(1)]As provided for applicants for a license to practice land surveying under [(i)](1) a written examination in the fundamentals of land surveying; [(ii)](2) a written examination in the principles and practice of land - 888 -
