Subdivision Regulations Amendment No. 91-2

AN AMENDMENT to the Montgomery County Subdivision Regulations to

codify provisions for on-site and certain off-site sidewalks for residential,
commercial and industrial projects

By amending the following sections of the Montgomery County Subdivision
Regulations, Chapter 50 of the Montgomery County Code:

Section 50-2                                                  "Purpose of Chapter"

Section 50-24                                                "Required Public Improvements"

Section 50-26                                                "Same - Design Standards"

Section 50-34                                                "Preliminary Subdivision Plans - Filing

and Specifications"

Zoning Text Amendment No. 92003

AN AMENDMENT to the Montgomery County Zoning Ordinance for the purpose of

deleting "golf course" as an allowable use in the RDT zone;

grandfathering existing golf courses and applications filed by June 16, 1992.

By amending the following sections of the Montgomery County Zoning Ordinance,
Chapter 59 of the Montgomery County Code:

Division 59-C-9                                            "Agricultural Zones"

Section 59-C-9.3                                           "Land Uses".

Division 59-G-2                                      "Special Exceptions-Standards and

Requirements"
Section 59-G-2.241                                       "Golf courses in the RDT Zone"
