AN EMERGENCY ACT to:                                                                                 

(1)    change the membership of the Criminal Justice Coordinating Commission;

(2)     provide for certain Commission meetings and duties;

(3)     make technical and stylistic changes; and

(4)     generally amend the law regarding the Criminal Justice Coordinating
Commission.

the County Council; and

(2) revise deadlines for the Board of Education and Washington Suburban
Sanitary Commission to comment on the Annual Growth Policy.
