AN ACT to:

(1)     establish a County-wide fire tax district as of a certain effective date, and in
the interim incorporate a certain fire tax district into the consolidated district;

(2)     revise the law regulating the establishment of fire service response areas;

(3)     make conforming and stylistic changes in the law governing fire tax district
boundaries and related laws; and

(4)     generally revise the law establishing fire tax districts.
